Seeking Passionate Sales Operations Specialist for Vancouver SaaS Startup!
We’re hiring! WalletCard is a Vancouver based software company transforming blue-collar health & safety certification management from paper-based manual processes to an easy-to-use streamlined system.
Are you organized and detailed oriented? We’re in need of a (part-time) Sales Operations Specialist to assist the Sales Team in reaching more potential customers and following up with emails & phone calls to help book meetings and product demos.
Because we’re a distributed team this means you’ll be working from the comfort of your home office, 4 hours of every morning (hours flexible), 5 days per week to start (and growing from there).
In this role, you will:
- Qualify Leads that come in
- Enroll Prospects in email sequences
- Phone Prospects to follow up
- Help manage & build the sales pipeline
- NOT be cold calling (we use Stable.work for that)
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be detailed orientated & organized
- Have strong verbal and written communication (English)
- Be proficient with spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets
- Self starter & motivator to learn new processes and jump right in
- Thrive when given autonomy; you’re self-motivated to deliver results
Bonus points if you are:
- Familiar with Slack, Asana, Google Drive, Zendesk SELL, Helpscout, AutopilotHQ
- Previous sales or biz-dev experience
- Comfortable making phone calls
- Familiar with email templates & sequences
This is a part-time (20-25 hours per week) remote position based in Canada.
Compensation – $25/hour.
4 hours of your morning available Monday to Friday, 8am-12pm PST or similar hours. May be asked to attend after work social events from time-to-time if desired.

Seeking Passionate Sales Development Representative for Vancouver SaaS Startup!
We are looking for a fresh mind who will help us with various aspects of our business from marketing to lead generation and sales prospecting. This is a perfect role for a someone who has an interest in technology, startups, and wants to learn about growing a business from grassroots to enterprise.
You will be primarily responsible for helping with sales and marketing but you will also be assigned tasks from time to time that are related to other functions, like customer success. Your sales and marketing work will include researching new leads, helping to qualify them and helping the sales team close deals!
Marketing:
- Research new companies and prospects to identify new leads for our sales team
- Review and suggest optimizations for email campaigns and content marketing
- Manage scalable marketing automation campaigns and ensure they are constantly producing
Sales:
- Follow-up with leads and schedule demos for our sales team
- Assist with qualifying leads through research and phone calls
- Assist with tracking and reporting sales metrics
Customer Success:
- Learn our product inside-out and assist with customer inquiries as needed
- Assist our development team with troubleshooting issues and testing new features
What you will bring to the table…
- 2+ years experience in a customer facing role (sales experience an absolute asset)
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills with excellent telephone etiquette
- Comfortable interacting with decision makers including managers and c-level executives
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to exercise sound judgment as an independent worker and proactive problem solver
- Passion for using technology and quickly learning software applications
This is a full-time position based in Vancouver, BC. Ideal candidate must have access to transit and ability to work from downtown Vancouver and work remotely. Compensation – competitive salary.
Work environment is business-casual. Monday-to-Friday, 9am-5pm or similar hours. May be asked to attend after work social events from time-to-time if desired.
